You can easily make a reservation by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website. Simply enter your dates of stay, select your preferred accommodation, and follow the prompts to complete your booking. You can also reserve by calling our front desk at 207-646-7024.
Deposits for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date are refundable less a $50 processing fee. 14 days prior to arrival deposits become nonrefundable. Cancellation for any reason 14 days prior to arrival or less will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for reservation period.
No refunds for early departure.
Reservations of four nights or more require a 30% deposit at the time of reservation.
Deposit to cover one night’s lodging including 9% sales tax is required for all reservations. Management is not responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit. Confirmation of each reservation will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit.
We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that personal or company checks are not accepted at check-in. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival.
Yes, minimum stays are required during peak times, weekends, and holidays, including Canadian holidays.

Rates are based on room type, view, and double occupancy. Extra person rates apply: $30 for guests 16 and older, $15 for children under 16. Cots are an additional $20. Rates are subject to change and the lowest rate may not be available for the entire stay period. Maine lodging tax of 9% applies. The lowest rates typically apply to non-holiday weekdays.
Norseman Resort is a smoke free property. All guest rooms and exterior areas – including Ogunquit Beach are non smoking. There is a canopied area with benches in front of the hotel where smoking is permitted.
Yes, children are welcome at Norseman Resort.
Guests of the Norseman are able to use the outdoor heated swimming pool, pickleball court, sauna, exercise room and guest laundry facilities at the Aspinquid Resort, which is located a 250 yards from the Norseman at 57 Beach Street. For a full list of amenities, visit our Amenities page.
Free parking is available for one vehicle per room.
There are unfortunately no nearby lots for second vehicles. If you are traveling with more than 1 vehicle, please call ahead of time and we will let you know about additional offsite parking options.
Guests of the Norseman Resort can use the outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub at the Aspinquid Resort, located just 250 yards away at 57 Beach Street. The pool is open seasonally from May to October.
