| DEPOSITS: Deposit to cover one night's lodging including 7% sales tax required on all reservations. Management will not be responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit. Confirmation of each reservation will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit. CANCELLATIONS: Only cancellations made 7 days prior to confirmed arrival are guaranteed a deposit refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. During the "peak season" times, June 14th thru Sept. 2nd, cancellations must be received 14 days prior and the fee is $25.00. Departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for reservation period. No refunds for early departure. PAYMENTS: Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. NO PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN. Balance Due Upon Arrival. MINIMUM STAYS: Minimum stays at peak times, weekends and holidays, including Canadian holidays. TRANSPORTATION: Replicas of the old San Francisco trolleys stop in front of the Seacastles every 15 minutes from mid-May until Columbus Day.
