Nearly All Rooms Have An Outside Deck, Balcony or Patio. Smoking Is NO Longer Permitted on our Decks, Patios, or Balconies.

DEPOSITS: Deposit to cover one night's lodging including 7% sales tax is required on all reservations. Reservations can not be confirmed without a deposit. Balance is due in full at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival receive a Deposit Refund - Less A $10.00 Cancellation Fee. June 08 thru Sept. 15 Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival and the cancellation fee is $25. No refunds for early departures.

PAYMENTS: Cash, Travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No personal checks accepted at check-in...BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.

MINIMUM STAYS: Minimum stays at peak periods, weekends and holidays.

PARKING: Space provided for one vehicle per unit.Parking for additional vehicles are available in adjacent public parking lot at owner's expense.

The Only Apartment Rentals On Ogunquit Beach

The Norseman Resort has two units available for rent....The Beach Apartment is right on the beach, with a view facing out to sea. It's a one-bedroom unit with a full bath, kitchen facilities, dining living area and an outside deck. Maximum occupancy is four people. Weekly minimum stays are required In-season and daily rentals are available in the Off-seasons.....The River Apartment is a spacious five room unit with a view of the Ogunquit River and steps away from the beach. This 1 1/2 bedroom unit has a large Living Room (perfect for gathering with friends family) shower/bath, complete kitchen facilities and all the expected amenities. Maximum occupancy is six people.
