Located on Beach Street just steps from the Norseman Resort and Ogunquit Beach, We are conveniently situated to allow for a leisurely stroll throughout the town, with its many unique shops, galleries, fine restaurants and beautiful scenic sites. 

Our grounds and rooms overlook the Ogunquit River.  All guest rooms, most with private balconies, feature wonderful views of either the Tidal River, Ocean, Dunes or Beach Street.

•Our 2 Room Apartments have 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, combination living room and either full kitchen or efficiency kitchen..

•All rooms have 2 double beds and an efficiency kitchen. A limited number of rooms offer 1 king bed at an additional charge.

Summer Building

•All rooms have either 2 double beds or 3 double beds and refrigerators.  Cooking is not permitted in the Summer Building.

 


WEEKLEY HOUSE RENTAL - 41 Beach Street House

Weekly house rental next door to the Aspinquid at Norseman Resort at 41 Beach Street.  This unique rental will sleep up to 12 people and rents Sunday – Sunday.  Over 3500 Square Feet.  Living Room, Solarium with attached Service Bar, Dining Room, Kitchen, Large Deck, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full and 2 Half Baths.  The Master Bedroom feature 2 King Beds and offers panoramic views of the ocean.  Parking for 2 or 3 vehicles plus use of our outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.  Walk to the beach, walk to town, or enjoy the trolley.  Ideal Location and no other similar rental available in Ogunquit!  Linens included.  Does not include housekeeping service during stay.  Click here for more details.

BEACHCREST HOUSE RENTAL - 48 Beach Street
Weekly house rental accross the street from the Aspinquid. This large Victorian House sleeps up to 14 people and rents Saturday - Saturday.  Over 4500 Square Feet. Huge Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Sitting Room, 7 Bedrooms, 8 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Outdoor Lawn Area, Parking for 3 vehicles and use of outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts and new gym at the Aspinquid.
