WEEKLY HOUSE RENTAL - 41 Beach Street
 Weekly house rental next door to the Aspinquid at Norseman Resort at 41 Beach Street.  This unique rental will sleep up to 12 people and rents Sunday – Sunday.  Over 3500 Square Feet.  Living Room, Solarium with attached Service Bar, Dining Room, Kitchen, Large Deck, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full and 2 Half Baths.  The Master Bedroom feature 2 King Beds and offers panoramic views of the ocean.  Parking for 2 or 3 vehicles plus use of our outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.  Walk to the beach, walk to town, or enjoy the trolley.  Ideal Location and no other similar rental available in Ogunquit!  Linens included.  Does not include housekeeping service during stay.

BEACHCREST HOUSE RENTAL - 48 Beach Street
Weekly house rental accross the street from the Aspinquid. This large Victorian House sleeps up to 14 people and rents Saturday - Saturday.  Over 4500 Square Feet. Huge Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Sitting Room, 7 Bedrooms, 8 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Outdoor Lawn Area, Parking for 3 vehicles and use of outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts and new gym at the Aspinquid. Linens included. Walk to the beach and the village. Does not include housekeeping during your stay.

All rates are daily, based on double occupancy (2 persons).

All units have 2 double beds except Penthouses which have 3 double beds and our 2 units on the second floor of the main building with 1 king-size bed.

Deposits: In order to guarantee your accommodations during the open season, a one-day deposit is required. Balance is due in full upon arrival. The deposit must be received no later than ten days from the date reservations were made. Management will not be responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival receive a deposit refund less A $10.00 cancellation fee. June 7 thru Sept. 14: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival and the cancellation fee is $25. No refunds for early departures.

Check-In - 3:00 PM     Check-Out - 11:00 AM

Extra Persons - $20.00 per day

Children under 3 yrs. - No charge.

Cots - $10.00 per day


Payment Method:  Cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  Personal Checks accepted for Deposits Only.

Parking: One Complimentary Parking Space Is Available For Each Guest Room.  Parking For Additional Vehicles Is Available In An Off-Premise Lot At Rate Of $20.00 Per Day.

Pets:  Sorry - We Do Not Accept Pets.

Lodging Accommodations Are Non-Smoking.  All Aspinquid Guest Rooms, Balconies, Patios And Decks Are Non-Smoking.  All Public Areas Are Non-Smoking.
